Returning Merchandise


Damaged / Defective

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We could either offer a replacement or issue a full refund. We will cover all postage costs.

Other

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, or simply change your mind, you may return the product within 14 days of delivery. Product must be clean, unused, odor-free and in its original packaging. You would be responsible for return postage.


All refunds will be issued to the original credit card used.


Restocking Fee

All items are subject to an 18% restocking fee.


Rejected Orders

Should you decide to refuse receipt of an item upon delivery, and the item is returned to us, we will issue a merchandise credit upon deducting any applicable shipping costs and restocking fees. 


Return Exceptions

  • Doggles - must be returned in original unopened packaging and free of hair/debris or it will not qualify for a credit.
  • BreezeGuards - not eligible for return, as they are custom made to order.
  • Litter Kwitter - not eligible for return and will not qualify for a credit.
  • Litter1Kit - not eligible for return and will not qualify for a credit.
  • Piddle Place - not eligible for return and will not qualify for a credit.
